Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is 100% Free on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required.

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: 3–4 business days (Monday – Friday). Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 4–6 business days.

What is the order cut-off time? Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the following business day.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States (all 50 states).

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Are there any return fees? No. We offer Free Returns and there are $0.00 Restocking Fees. You will receive a full refund of your purchase price.

How do I send my item back? To start a return, simply email us at contact@moveli.shop. We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label that you can download and print at home. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 10 business days. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club) and digital wallets including PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order? Please email us at contact@moveli.shop immediately. Once an order has entered the shipping phase, we are unable to modify or cancel the shipment.

Are Moveli pizza cutters dishwasher safe? Most of our professional-grade cutters are designed for easy cleaning. While many are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing with warm, soapy water to maintain the long-term sharpness and integrity of the stainless steel blade.
