At Moveli, we strive to provide a transparent and reliable delivery experience for our customers. Below are the terms and conditions that govern our shipping processes.
1. Shipping Costs & Destinations
Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.
International Shipping: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the 50 U.S. States.
No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price. We do not charge separate handling fees or surcharges at the point of delivery.
2. Order Processing & Cut-off Times
To ensure your order moves quickly, we adhere to a strict processing schedule:
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST) (Monday – Friday)
Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday)
Orders placed before 2:00 PM will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the following business day.
3. Transit & Delivery Estimates
Our estimated delivery timelines are based on standard carrier performance. We work hard to get your products to you as fast as possible:
Transit Time: 3–4 business days (Monday – Friday)
Total Estimated Delivery: 4–6 business days (Handling + Transit)
Carrier Partners: We utilize reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely.
4. Tracking & Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.
You can track your order directly through the carrier’s portal using the link provided in your email.
5. Address Accuracy & Modifications
Please verify your shipping address during checkout. Moveli is responsible for delivering to the exact address provided. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact contact@moveli.shop immediately. Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to redirect the package.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
We take full responsibility for your order until it is successfully delivered to your doorstep.
Damaged Goods: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received the item, please notify us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
